1 st bundle has the black wire routed to the first switch hot then to the 2 nd switch then the 3 rd switch. Green or bare wire is still ground.

I live in an old house and i am looking to replace a two prong outlet in the kitchen with a gfci outlet. The intercom has 4 wires. 12 awg for 20 amp circuits and 14 awg for 10 and 15 amp circuits.
