Now lets make a headlight wiring relay kit. I use splice connector in this project link below on how.

Adding relay to headlights. Probably the simplest solution is to add one of the headlight relay kits that are sold from several sources. Attach the low beam circuit feed from the headlight switch to the 86 terminal on the low beam relay. The corresponding wire from the headlight dip switch is disconnected from the lamps and taken to pin 86 of a standard iso automobile relay. In the video i will show you how to add relay in the headlight system. Then you install relays which will be controlled by your stock headlight switch into those new power wires. First study the 3 diagrams that you will use as your guide on how you want to built your wiring.
Attach the 85 terminals. Attach the new high power feed wire to the 30 terminal on both relays. Connect the headlight side of the cut green wire to the white wire pin 87 on the low beam relay. This content is all about adding relay to the mio sporty headlight. Your headlights and high beams will both work like normal theyll just be significantly brighter. Attach the high beam circuit feed from the headlight switch to the 86 terminal on the high beam relay.
1measure the lenght of the wire you need from the stock wiring going to the left to right if your battery is in the right then your wiring should start in right headlamp going to left. Again the thicker the wire the better. Mad electronics sells a generic relay kit and lmc truck sells a kit that is specifically designed for headlight circuits. Pin 85 goes to ground while pin 30 goes to the new 30a fuse. The solution is to run a separate power line outside of the stock wiring harness that links the battery directly to your headlights. Connect the red leads pin 30 from both relays to the horn relay or other full time 12v source.
The main power from the battery feeding the fuse and relays should be a nice large gauge wire as indicated. The two headlamps are connected together as normal and taken to pin 87 of the relay. Connect the headlight side of the cut tab wire to the white wire pin 87 on the high beam relay. This run to the battery is typically much longer then the run from the relay to the headlights so its gauge must be thicker.
