I just finished installing a msd atomic efi on my car. Lower than 1413 your engine will make more power to a point but past that point youre just wasting fuel.

127 131 would be more in the ballpark. When the sensors output is above 05 volt it tells the ecu that the mixture is rich and needs to be leaned out. Things which can cause this are interference air leaks in headers faulty ecu or faulty 02 sensor.
