No power to upfitter switches. You need to follow the harness and check at the connectors for power. Maybe check fuses to see if one is blown. If you have power at one end and it isnt getting power theres your problem in that section. The four wires that go to the switches have the power the four that go thru the firewall will need to be connected to the power wires that match 1 4. It never fires the relay under the hood but the led in the switch comes on. Then you can check ohms to see if the wire has a open a break in it. If i remember correctly the upfitters are run off a fuse.
There are two set of wires under the dash one set goes thru the firewall not attached to anything on either side and the other goes to the upfitter switches. A wiring diagram helps also. Or the ac repair guys did not hook the power feed to the switches back up.
