All of them are on different circuits. 1 i have a multi gang non metallic box when i enter the house with 3 switches one for outside light one for hallway and one for the kitchen on the side.

Normally both halves of any outlet are on the same circuit and are fed from one circuit breaker but that may not always be the case. When an outlet receptacle falls in the middle of a circuit run rather than at the end there are generally two cables in the outlet box. All outlets in your home are fed via circuits controlled by a circuit breaker in a circuit breaker panel. Using the outlet boxes as j boxes is fine as long as you dont exceed fill limits but you still need to keep the mwbc as is to meet the code requirement for two circuits serving your small appliance outlets. Your electrician is most likely going to do that and run a separate circuit for the lights.
